Our Product Pages – Simply search for the part number you need in our search bar and you’ll be taken directly to the product page. You can then fill out a simple inquiry form and receive a comprehensive quote quickly.

Call Us – Speak directly to a dedicated account manager who will be able to answer any questions you have and provide you with a quote within minutes.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of quotation, quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of receipt.

In addition to new and refurbished parts, we also specialize in selling older and hard-to-find industrial automation parts, which often have fluctuating market values. These fluctuations make it difficult for us to provide accurate daily quotes on the website. Therefore, to ensure we always provide you with the best, most accurate price, our team will source and price your parts on a case-by-case basis based on your inquiry.

All parts we supply have been fully tested, and to give you more peace of mind, all parts sold come with a 12-month standard return-to-factory guarantee; we also provide dedicated after-sales support.

We provide different durations of warranty for products in different states. New parts come with a 360 day warranty, refurbished parts come with a 180 day warranty, and used parts come with a 60 day warranty.

Yes, products weighing less than 20 kilograms are usually delivered by air freight. If it is a large-scale equipment and production line, we provide fast and convenient sea and truck transportation. You can also hand him over to your designated carrier.

We understand the importance of speed in tough situations, so wherever possible we will strive to ship parts the same day the order is placed. However, each case is handled individually, and factors such as the condition of the part or its origin can affect the speed of our processing.

All details regarding delivery time will be stated very clearly in your quote.

To make shopping more convenient, we offer a variety of payment methods such as bank transfer, check, PayPal, etc. We also accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

We accept most major currencies. However, if conditions permit, it is recommended to use US dollars, British pounds or euros. Additional fees may apply when using other currencies.

Because we may offer stock parts in a variety of conditions, such as new, refurbished, or obsolete, the part you receive may not necessarily perfectly reflect the images you see on our website. Therefore, to avoid confusion or discrepancies, we do not display images of parts on our website.

Our Service Exchange Program gives our customers the opportunity to recycle their old equipment through an exchange and understand how to obtain a replacement. To take advantage of this service, all you have to do is send us the damaged part within 7 days of receiving the new part.

This service is both financially and environmentally beneficial, helping you reduce your carbon footprint while being very cost-effective.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the parts you receive (as specified in the terms and conditions), you can exercise your right to return or exchange the product within 7 days of receiving the product and apply for an exchange or full refund.
