How long is my quote valid for?
Unless otherwise stated at the time of quotation, quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of receipt.
Why can't I see the price of a part?
In addition to new and refurbished parts, we also specialize in selling older and hard-to-find industrial automation parts, which often have fluctuating market values. These fluctuations make it difficult for us to provide accurate daily quotes on the website. Therefore, to ensure we always provide you with the best, most accurate price, our team will source and price your parts on a case-by-case basis based on your inquiry.

Have the parts been adequately tested?
All parts we supply have been fully tested, and to give you more peace of mind, all parts sold come with a 12-month standard return-to-factory guarantee; we also provide dedicated after-sales support.
Do you offer warranty service as standard?
We offer 90~360 days warranty for products in different states, if you have any problems during the warranty period after delivery, so if you have any questions within 12 months of delivery you can contact our customer support team and they will be happy to To help you and explain what you should do next.
If any product supplied by us fails within 14 days, we will replace the same part for you. If the identical part is not found, we will refund the amount you originally paid plus any shipping charges.
If a problem occurs after the first 14 days, our standard warranty terms will apply.

How long until my part?
